The streets were very quite as there is very little traffic on the roads...The HPA has banned vehicle traffic from evening 6 PM to morning 6 AM and shops and cafe's should be closed at 10:30 PM and curfew is imposed from 11 PM till 4:30 AM...This is due to the worsening Covid-19 pandemic in Maldives which is a third wave of infections...

I am haunted by the memmories of the year 2008 when there was Vaguthee Miski in the place where there now is flu clinic...I prayed in that mosque which was temporarily built when Furuqaan Mosque was demolished for reconstruction and that mosque was closed in 2014 when Furuqaan Mosque was reopened in Ramallan 2014...
Another memmory is of either 2013 or 2014 when one night when I came back home from Villingili (Villimale') after delivering something for Shafittey to his wife's family...Two very little teenage girls were smoking on the pavement hiding behind a parked van...I never saw the girls again and never knew who they were...They should now be grown up...
