Just now finished registering in Alibaba Cloud...A few days ago I began to register in Alibaba Cloud...I added my Visa Debit Card as the payment method and Alibaba Cloud deducted 0.55 USD from my account but I have to wait till today to the transaction to appear in my account statement...I also verified personally my Alibaba Account after providing a photo of my national passport... :) ...
