Last Saturday early morning I called Dhiraagu Customer Service Call Center to check on something and the girls at 123 told me to login to My Account in Dhiraagu web portal....
I logged into My Account and when I checked my profile I noticed and realised that my mobile phone was hacked and my Dhiraagu Mobile App was compromised...
It was done by those cyber criminal thugs of Furathama News..
A man named Saamil Hassan has changed the primary email to saamilhassan@gmail.com and primary mobile number to 7487089 and there was another mobile number 7350205 added to my profile (both numbers seems to be disconnected now as Dhiraagu's staff informed me in their Viber support )...
So to secure my Dhiraagu account I changed and restored the contact credentials back to my own details and changed the passwords.
I also updated my KYC in Dhiraagu which uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and had to take a selfie of my face and upload front and back covers of my ID card with assistance by those beautiful voices of Dhiraagu 123 girls...
