Filed my GST return for January 2025 to MIRA

I just now filed my GST (Goods and Services Tax) return to Maldives Inland Revenue Authority. It's for the months of October, November and December 2024.

I found and started my small business in November 2018 and I sometimes do-little work for my clients who are mostly my friends.

It's a nil payment because I didn't receive and IT project using my computer or mobile phone.

Allah Akbar...Allah is great.

Income Tax Registration

Yesterday, Thursday 13 Februray 2020, I had received an email about the Income Tax Registration from MIRA (Maldives Inland Revenue Authroity).

I intend to print and laminate this certificate soon.

This will be the last time I intend to upload any documents which has to do with me regarding MIRA.

Paid the trade fee for my online store

I just now paid and settled to MIRA (Maldives Inland Revenue Authority), the trade permit fee for my online store "Naheez" which is still under development at https://www.biz.naheez.com ...I had to pay an over due fee/fine of 15 MVR...This is because I am in a very tight budget and also my friends don't have much money...

Paid trade fee of my online store

I just now settled and paid my trade fee for my online store "Naheez" (registered in my first name) to MIRA (Maldives Inland Revenue Authority www.mira.gov.mv)...

I learnt and had taught myself that while running an online business one shouldn't worry and should be very patient...I learnt this from especially my old friends Mohamed Jubair (whom I call Zubair) and also Mohamed Shafeeq (whom I call Shafittey)...Zubair has many years of professional experience running small businesses while Shafittey has many years of academic and professional experience in training various people doing local businesses in Maldives.

Third quarter 2019 tax return filing

I a moment ago filed my tax return (a nil payment) to MIRA (Maldives Inland Revenue Authority www.mira.gov.mv).

I received only about 2115 MVR a total from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019 from my own business named Naheez (in my first name) GST Number: 1099060GST501 which is Sole Proprietorship (Number: SP21602018) registered in my first name :Naheez.

The tax activity number is also 1.

It's a bit rainy today...Today is Wednesday 3 October 2019 and it's now 11:25 AM noon.

Second Quarter GST tax return filing through MIRAConnect

Earlier this morning I had filled my GST tax return filing at MIRAConnect online portal...I received 4550 MVR for my current and only customer at the moment...They are my old friends company...

I have censored the information in one photo to protect my customer/client and for their privacy too...

This is the second quarter 2019 GST return filling...

I have to make a Nil Payment because I haven't reached the threshold value of 10,000 MVR to be liable and obligatory to pay my GST...

I am doing my business well although my accounting and tax preparation platform Wave® have been recently acquired...
