Male' Swimming Track

Just now came home after taking a few photos of Male' Swimming Track...

I learnt how to swim on 11 November 1991 (the Republic Day of Maldives) in these waters which was then not developed...Till 1998 I visit here for swimming almost regularly...

The rain is clearing now these days to Male' and the weather is sunny...

Beautiful sunny afternoon

Today the weather is sunny and beautiful with no rain...

I took these photos near Dharubaaruge and Usfasgandu...The steel accomodation blocks built for the bridge project is been dismantled and cleaned by the remaining Chinese staff.

The sunshine was beautiful and the sea and ocean was glittering with the sunshine...It's not that hot...

The sandy coral beach of Swimming Track

This is some thing new for the daily visitors to Usfasgandu and the swimming track...Nobody knows how this small coral filled sandy beached had formed it self on the corner edge of the waters and the concrete steps of the break waters...I took these photos on the beach and the tide was low and the waters is shallow... :) ...
