Cakewalk® Sonar™ Platinum is now Cakewalk® by BandLab®...BandLab Technologies® is a Singaporean startup company and has acquired all Cakewalk® assets from US musical equipment manufacturer Gibson Brands® Inc...Cakewalk® is now free...Cakewalk® Pro Audio™ was the first music sequencer software I played 17 years ago in 2001 and this is the very first time I installed a genuine software product by Cakewalk® in my computer...Cakewalk® Pro Audio™ was replaced with Cakewalk® Sonar™ around 2001...The first audio waveform I listened after installing Cakewalk® by BandLab® was the Sura Al Fathiha recitation by Mahmood Khaleel Al Husree....I than opened a MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) file in Cakewalk® and played the MIDI file and I was able to hear it too without any problems...I used the BandLab Assistant to download Cakewalk® and launched the installer after using the run command %appdata% command to browse to the downloaded installation folders...Cakewalk® was first in demo mode and was reactivated automatically after sometime... :) ...Allah Akbar...Allah is great...( Date : Tuesday 22 May 2018...Time : 12:59 AM...Part of the day: Midnight...Weather : Rainy...Temperature : Cold and very pleasant )
