Attended Dhiraagu's 30ᵗʰ Annual General Meeting

For the first ever time in my whole life, I have attended and voted in the annual general meeting of a public company in my life...It's tonight...I attended Dhiraagu's 30ᵗʰ Annual General Meeting held in Kurumba Village Convention Hall...This is what I meant by the adventure tonight...

I own 1 share of Dhiraagu which I bought on January 2018...I have submitted by both email and print, the pre-registration form for share holders to Dhiraagu, and Dhiraagu's Investor Relations confirmed my registration both my email and a personal phone call to my mobile...I bought a new long sleeved shirt for 260 MVR, a belt for 80 MVR, a shoes for 370 MVR, and socks for 55 MVR just to attend this meeting as I had asked Dhiraagu about the dress code for the meeting and they had answered it should be smart casual...

Tonight is also the first ever time I used the number 1 jetty and it's to board the speed boat which took me and others to Kurumba Village resort...I was given a gift and a registration card with a username and password to vote in the decisions on the agenda of the meeting...The meeting started at 8:15 PM and ended around 9:15 PM...Then we were given a dinner and drinks for refreshment...

It's been a long time since I haven't visited a resort of our beloved country Maldives...The last been in 1999 when I had worked in Dhiraagu, and that was for visiting to repair/rectify faults...Twenty years later, I had again visited to a resort through Dhiraagu as a shareholder...

Had a hair cut and shaved myself

I have plans for an "adventure" tonight, than again, all my life is full adventures anyway...So to prepare myself, I had a hair cut in Shiya Saloon today and then shaved my beard on my own...After having a shower, I went to Furuqaan Mosque for noon prayers...The heat is fierce and the sunshine was very bright and it was so hot....

After coming back home, I drank chilled delicious and fresh lemon juice as a refreshment...

Celebrating Success

This afternoon I have not much to do so to conclude the success I had in completing what I had planned for last year October 2018 when I wanted to celebrate my 42nd birthday and birth month, I bought a small pack of NiCE biscuits from my old friend and neighbors shop Fantastic close to my home...

I made a mug of hot milk and ate the delicious NiCe biscuits in my room...With Allah's mercy and will, even though I and my friends were financially broken and in a crisis since late September 2018, I have completed all the tasks and I am even surprised for myself of how I had done it...I just reduced smoking and spending money for coffees and drank coffee at home...Than I deposited the small bits of cash to my bank account of BML and kept saving and limiting the spending...

That worked well, renewing my National Identity Card and founding my own business with GST/Tax registration, registering domains in IBM® Cloud, obtaining a Police Records Certificate, registering my business seal, opening the required business accounts in our Dhiraagu, and finally renewing my birth certificate...

I had a small left over and spare cash in my bank account this evening and since it's our blessed Friday, I thought I will celebrate for my self in my own room, and so I bought these delicious biscuits, and treated for myself...It's success...

Identification Documents

Since I have now completed what I had planned for last year 2018 October, in which month I became 42 years old, I am sort of celebrating for myself the success of completing these works...

Here are my identification documents at national level, not international level, since I haven't renewed my National Passport. I will renew my National Passport of Maldives much later another time...I don't usually travel out of my beloved country Maldives that much...
