Voted in Intel® Annual Shareholder Meeting 2019

It's a very good thing that this happened in this holy month of Ramallan...

I contacted my U.S. stock broker DriveWealth LLC to attend Intel® Corporation's virtual Annual Stockholder Meeting of this year 2019 and they answered that the proxy voting materials will be emailed to me, but they had already emailed them to me and I made a mistake in deleting that email for myself...

Day before yesterday night, Say Communications LLC emailed me the proxy voting materials again and I voted to elect the members of the board of directors of Intel® and other decisions on agenda...Last night I edited my votes and voted some as against in favor of Intel®s recommendations....

This is the very first time in my life I had voted as a shareholder of a foreign multinational company and it's Intel® Corporation, my favorite technology company of which I own 1 share...

Fitr Zakat payment through Dhiraagu Pay

Sometime ago tonight I went to Dhiraagu Head Office and cash in my Dhiraagu Pay wallent for 100 MVR...

I just now paid my Fitr Zakat of 95 MVR using Dhiraagu Pay through Dhiraagu website...This is the very first time I did it...

Dhiraagu pays me dividend

Tonight I received 5.95 MVR from Dhiraagu, and it's the dividend of the 1 share I own of Dhiraagu...It was deposited to my bank account in BML...It's a good thing this happened in this holy month of Ramallan 1440

Dhiraagu is a very good and excellent company providing telecommunications services to Maldives since inception and incorporation in October 1988...

I have almost never heard of a downtime of Dhiraagu communications network...The engineering teams of Dhiraagu keeps fixing issues as they arise...No have I ever seen a bid opening in the daily newspapers or online media by Dhiraagu to procure telecommunications equipment...What Dhiraagu does it to buy it directly from the large companies that manufacture the equipment...If Dhiraagu were to open such a bid, I think non of the private Maldivian companies will be able to successfully bid as the equipment technical specifications will be too advanced and it will too expensive to place on a bid...All that I have seen in advertisements by Dhiraagu is to seek new employees...

The Dhiraagu Head Office building is under high-definition computerized video surveillance and there are motion and smoke detectors with also temperature alarm detectors to protect the high value of communication assets and equipment in the building and other Dhiraagu offices like Post Building...There is even a health and safety department in Dhiraagu to ensure the staff is working under suitable and safe environments and to protect them from suffering personal injuries and accidents while working in duty...In their history, Dhiraagu had very few accidents to staff while on duty...

The local intranet servers of Dhiraagu might be capable of executing instructions at 1 Tera Flops per second which is comparable to the power of the mainframe computers found in the research laboratories of some of the ASEAN countries including China and the research laboratories found in certain regions of our neighbor country India...

I think this completes what I know and have to tell about my favorite company in Maldives, Dhiraagu...

Tonight is the evening of Tuesday 2 Ramallan 1440

I was searching for an alternative payment solution as the ATM's of BML and the 24 hour open shops in Male' are under a sort of siege to cheat the people who are using their BML issued debit/credit cards...I am very and extremely annoyed with this harassment which is still ongoing and needed a quick solution so decided to use dhiraagu pay...

I had already registered in dhiraagu pay sometime in 2017 when it was released and tonight this holy month of Ramallan 1440, I went to Dhiraagu Head Office and settled the remaining unpaid amount of my mobile bill which this month was a little high (640 MVR) and for the first ever time I cashed in 106 MVR to my dhiraagu pay wallet in Dhiraagu Head Office Customer Front Office...

Than I made my first payment using dhiraagu pay in the Seahouse Restaurant in Dhiraagu Head Office to have a refreshing black coffee and water bottle as I was very thirsty...

I intend to pay the Fitr Zakat for this Ramallan of Hijree year 1440 using dhiraagu pay and now I have a alternative free and very useful and effective payment method for my personal use...
